1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "mdg187" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the mdg187 online gambling platform accessible at mdg187.pro and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated under the same brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a player account on the mdg187 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on mdg187, through which the Player may access games, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), currently held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds, less withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credit awarded by mdg187 to a Player under a promotional offer, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, and any winnings derived from wagering with real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to mdg187's identity and age verification process, conducted in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, payment processing, customer support, and any other functionality offered through the mdg187 platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their current version, as amended by mdg187 from time to time in accordance with Clause 14.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on mdg187, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mdg187 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where accessing mdg187 would constitute a criminal offence under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mdg187 or any affiliated game studio, payment processor, or software supplier listed on the Platform.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by mdg187 for violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each Account is personal and may only be used by the registered account holder.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of mdg187 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• You may register only one Account per person. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. mdg187 may merge or close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balance associated with a duplicate Account without prior notice.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent KYC verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to mdg187 via live chat support promptly.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (email address and password). mdg187 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mdg187 support immediately via live chat. mdg187 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
• mdg187 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mdg187 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Currency: All Player Balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Players who deposit via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH) will have their deposit converted to IDR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. mdg187 may adjust this minimum at any time with notice published on the deposit cashier page.
• Approved Methods: mdg187 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The available methods may vary at any time based on operational or technical factors.
• Own Accounts Only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mdg187 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where the source or destination account does not match the registered Account holder's name.
• Withdrawal Processing: mdg187 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside mdg187's control.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 8. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. mdg187 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Platform Fees: mdg187 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mdg187 bears no responsibility.
• Refusal of Transactions: mdg187 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mdg187 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome packages, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the individual promotion. Until this requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Any active Bonus Funds balance will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal of your Real Money Funds before completing the Wagering Requirement, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering on certain games — including but not limited to live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute a reduced percentage toward the Wagering Requirement. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's full terms.
• mdg187 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by Players, except in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, Account suspension, and may result in permanent closure of the Account.
• mdg187 does not offer bonuses to Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to active deposit or betting limits under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Clause 9.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply across all game categories available on the mdg187 Platform:

• All games available on mdg187 are supplied by certified third-party game studios. The rules governing each game are determined by the game studio and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account management, but the game studio's rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific outcomes.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on mdg187 use certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — cards, wheels, or dice — in professionally operated studios. mdg187 does not interfere with or influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, mdg187 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game state where possible. Where restoration is not possible, affected wagers will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Balance. mdg187 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Sportsbook bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. mdg187 reserves the right to void or limit any sportsbook bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, corrupted data feed, or suspicious betting activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and sportsbook markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface. mdg187 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mdg187 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live casino, or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies deliberately. Players who discover such issues must report them to mdg187 support immediately.
• Engaging in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward mdg187 support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the mdg187 Platform, software, or game content.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

mdg187 is committed to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. As part of this commitment, mdg187 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request and at any other time mdg187 deems necessary.

• Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and, where applicable, documentation verifying the source of funds or the identity of the payment method used.
• Players must submit KYC documents in a legible format. mdg187 reserves the right to request re-submission if submitted documents do not meet quality or authenticity standards.
• Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to mdg187's satisfaction. mdg187 targets a KYC review time of one to three business days for complete document submissions.
• Where mdg187 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player's Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, mdg187 may freeze the Account and associated Balance pending further investigation, regardless of KYC completion status.
• All KYC documentation submitted to mdg187 is handled in accordance with the mdg187 Privacy Policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

mdg187 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Player may not log in, deposit, or place bets. The cool-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the mdg187 Platform. A self-excluded Player's Account will be permanently closed and the Player will be blocked from re-registering. Any Real Money Balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mdg187 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name mdg187, the logo, website design, typography, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of mdg187 or its licensed game studio partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights to mdg187's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any portion of the mdg187 Platform without the express prior written permission of mdg187. Unauthorized use of mdg187's intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg187's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mdg187 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if mdg187 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

mdg187 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game or market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or certain Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

mdg187 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules published on the Platform.
• mdg187 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, cheating, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• mdg187 is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform presents an unacceptable risk to other Players, mdg187, or its partners.

Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, mdg187 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature and severity of the breach. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by mdg187 (e.g., commercial decision to exit a market), any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mdg187 live chat support. Pending withdrawal requests and any outstanding wagering requirements will be processed before the Account is formally closed.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg187 is incorporated as an international entertainment platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence and that cannot be waived by contract. Indonesian players are reminded that online gambling is subject to specific legal considerations under Indonesian law, and that participation is at the Player's own legal risk and discretion.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mdg187 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mdg187 will notify active Players via the registered email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
